Important decisions are often made during phone calls, and key details can be forgotten the
moment the call ends — or remain stored in memory alone.
Reccall is a utility tool that makes this flow of information tangible by allowing users to save
call recordings and transcripts.
The app allows users to save an entire conversation so they can return to it later, replay important details, and rely on more than memory alone.
We added this layer to remove the need for users to replay the entire recording: instead, they can quickly scan the text and pull out the key points. This turns the conversation from a black box into a tangible working asset, available right after the call ends.
